With effect from 7 April 2016, German Maritime Security GmbH receives according to § 31 GewO by the Federal Office for economics and export control (BAFA) the subsequent authorization to
exercise the security of life or property of other persons on seagoing vessels for warding off external threats seawards
of the boundary of Germany's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).


The German Maritime Security GmbH is pleased to announce that we are one of the few German companies, which has received a collective export license (SAG) by the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA).

This permission issued with strict statutory requirements, is a basic requirement for private security companies to ensure the export of all the necessary equipment for security jobs abroad.

With our internal (export) control methods and the associated sensitivity of exports of proprietary equipment such as personal protective equipment, weapons and ammunition. As a very responsible and reliable security company we received a positive assessment and therefore the collective export license from BAFA.


The German Maritime Security GmbH receives approval pursuant to § 31 Industrial Code by the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA). 

Thereby, the German Maritime Security GmbH complies with all applicable requirements to anti-piracy and other dangers to safely, reliably deliver and perform the armed protection of ships under German flag and others.
